2000 Bloggers - Tino Buntic

Tino Buntic is worthy of getting clicked to along the trail today. He is putting together a site that will ultimately contain 2000 bloggers. That's a whole lot! The Hitchhiker Team has found more than 500 since it began the trail in March 2005.
There are dozens of social networks that bring the blogosphere together, with Technorati and MyBlogLog being two of the biggest. I wanted to bring a whole bunch of bloggers together on one page. 2000 bloggers to be exact! As I write this there are 300 bloggers on the page to start. If you want to be included in 2000 Bloggers, leave a comment here with a link to your blog and your name and I will add you. Two requirements, though: 1. You must have a photo of yourself somewhere on your blog, and 2. Your blog must have been created prior to January 1st of this year.
Tino also writes on his own blog:
Have you heard of Ziki? The first 10,000 people that sign up will get their names in a free sponsored listing on Google or Yahoo. Here's what I mean... Click on one of the following names to be taken to their respective search results:

1. Andrew Wee
2. Ben Bell
3. Nox Dineen
Read Tino's full posting on Ziki.

So two of Tino's links will get you many more links... how good is that!

Oh, and major thanks to Phil for the tip and link to Tino.

Steve,
Ziki is much more than "bring your blogosphere together".
The strong idea behind Ziki is content promotion, promotion of your content, whatever it is. Soon Ziki will have an interface allowing members to manage their own ads on major search engines, with their own budget. You gather to promote.

Someone is conning you I think. Google is already free. You can't buy a listing there. I don't know about Yahoo. Ziki seems to be making promises they really can't do anything about.

Laura, thanks for your concern. I do not intend to sign up for ziki. I am not comfortable with what I know of it.

Stop by again. Something else will hopefully trigger another conversation.
